Teresa Davis – Director of Operations & Art Lead
Teresa serves as Director of Operations and Art Lead, where she brings structure, creativity, and vision to the life of the community. She oversees planning, communication, logistics, and daily systems, ensuring that families, teachers, and leadership are cared for with excellence.
With a professional background and Masters in Fine Art, Teresa teaches upper-level art courses that integrate history, hands-on techniques, and thoughtful discussion. She curates student exhibitions and events that celebrate creativity and reflect her desire to honor God through beauty, stewardship, and meaningful work.
Teresa is highly organized and relational, believing that education thrives through strong systems, clear expectations, and genuine relationships. As a mother, she cares deeply about family, discipleship, and the future of Christian education. She leads with conviction and compassion, striving to follow Christ as faithfully as she can.
Janelle Whitman – Academic Director & Teacher
Janelle serves as Academic Director and brings wisdom, clarity, and a love for learning to Wimberley Wellspring. She oversees curriculum planning, instructional support, and the academic rhythm of the community, helping teachers align their classrooms with mission and values.
Her background in education, paired with her commitment to high academic standards and her ability to simplify complex ideas, creates a learning environment that is both academically rigorous and accessible for students.. Janelle fosters environments where students can grow in knowledge, character, and confidence. She is deeply committed to truth, excellence, and building habits that honor Christ.
As a mother, Janelle believes children flourish when education is rooted in Scripture, relationships, and consistent practice. She leads with steadiness and grace, trusting God to guide her work and her family.
Jessi Rock – Director of Hospitality & Outreach
Jessi serves as Hospitality and Outreach Director, bringing warmth, joy, and connection to our community. She cultivates the welcoming culture of Wimberley Wellspring, ensuring families feel seen, included, and cared for.
Jessi has a natural gift for building relationships, noticing needs, and creating environments where people feel at home. She oversees family engagement, campus hospitality, outreach, and community events with enthusiasm and a servant’s heart.
Jessi believes education is strengthened by genuine fellowship and shared life. As a mother and follower of Christ, she cares deeply about nurturing a community where grace, encouragement, and belonging are central. Her work reflects the love of Jesus through hospitality, kindness, and prayerful presence.
